One workflow, not patchwork

From event to XMP file in four clear steps.

Less copy and paste, fewer inconsistent credits, fewer questions when the clock is running.

Dates, places and sports live in one shared source the team can follow.

02

Copyright, credit, contact and publisher requirements come from maintained profiles.

03

Review metadata

The final structure stays visible before export and can be corrected in a controlled way.

04

Download XMP directly or send a prepared delivery to the photographer.

One desk for events, photographers and editions.

XMPDesk keeps operational work in one place — from the next assignment to the last delivery.

Straight answers

Questions before the first export.

Is XMPDesk a Camera Bits product?

No. XMPDesk is an independent service and is not affiliated with Camera Bits. The generated XMP data is designed for workflows using Photo Mechanic.

Is there a free trial?

Online sales are not active yet. At launch, Solo and Team are planned as paid B2B subscriptions without a free trial; price and billing period should be shown clearly before any paid confirmation.

Can I cancel monthly?

The planned launch rule is to allow monthly subscriptions to end after the current billing period. Annual subscriptions should run until the paid annual period ends. The terms published at launch will be authoritative.

What happens after cancellation?

The planned launch rule provides full access until the paid period ends, followed by a limited read and data-export window. This is not yet an active service commitment.

Can I add multiple photographers?

At launch, Team is planned to include three users. Additional seats are planned at €10 net monthly or €96 net yearly.

Does XMPDesk alter my image files?

No. XMPDesk provides the reviewed metadata as a separate XMP file. Your image files remain unchanged.

How do events enter XMPDesk?

Administrators can synchronise events from connected sources or create their own assignments manually.
